What I believe about automation
Don’t automate a broken process.
Automation makes a bad process fail faster. Fixing the flow first is usually where most of the time is saved.
Start with the tools you have.
Most organisations already own Microsoft 365. A lot can be done before anyone needs to buy new software.
Free people up, don’t replace them.
The real value is giving people time back for the work that needs judgement — not removing them from the process.
