Business Problem: The customers are delayed with the payments. Creating, analyzing AR reports and sending reminders to the customers are time consuming.
Solution: A VBA macro has been created to generate aging report with the required aging buckets, charts and executive summary. Dunning letters created and sent either in email or to printer for the selected accounts based on pre defined dunning template.
Benefit: Generating the entire report by one click. The dunning letters are generated, without any manual intervention.
